FUN VISIT TO THE FIRESTATION!!

If you have spoken to my daughter for more than 5 minutes, then you know she is enamoured with firetrucks! It has to be because her school is across the street from a station, so she sees them daily. Anyway, our sweet friends Katie and Kevin invited us to go with them on a tour of a Grand Prairie station, where Katie's uncle is lieutenant.
It was a super fun way to start our Saturday!! We saw all the trucks, their dorm, kitchen, theater, and fitness room. it was a very informative tour.

This is my angel all ready to go see the firetrucks! She insisted on the pink(not white) bow (I guess she wanted to impress the firemen!)

Big engine that she got to sit in...but would NOT let me take her picture

Original G.P. egine from the 1940's....it still works!!!!

Dive Team Truck with wetsuits and masks. They respond to Joe Pool Lake calls.

3rd Birthday!!

For Reagan's birthday, we took her to Sea World. We actually went a few days before her birthday, and came back the day prior to her party!
She LOVED Sea World. She liked Shamu, but I think the dolphins and the brand new Elmo Playworld were her favorites.
I did not get many pictures, because we were constantly getting wet, so the camera stayed inside the bag.

After a LONG day, we were waiting on the hotel shuttle.

Shamu on the elevator doos in our hotel. She LOVED this!!

Dr Pepper, TX

So, I grew up in Dublin, Texas. It is the home of the REAL Dr Pepper-made with real sugar.
It is a very big deal around there, and we still lived there when the museum turned 100b years old. This year it turned 120, so I thought it would be fun to take my daughter and husband to see the stuff I was around as I grew up.
We stayed the entire weekend with my aunt and uncle that live in Stephenville. My uncle has a large farm, with COWS-and my child is currently obssesed with cows, and probably because we live in the city and do not see farm animals. She thought his farm was TOO COOL. She talked to the cows, and they moo'ed back to her, and she told them that she loved them.
We also made time to play at the Stephenville park!!

More Photos

More of our select faves!!

Photo Session!!

After several months of delay and illness, we FINALLY had our family photos done in April!
We had an awesome photographer, and were very happy with the outcome!
I think it captures the love we all have! I cant believe this angel of mine is nearly 3 :(
BUT, i'm SO thrilled to have these cute pics to remember that she once was small.
I have LOTS to post, but my computer is having issues, so these may be spread out in sessions.

Fun times

Our princess is oh so SMITTEN with her friend Cade. Not only are they church buddies, but he is also our neighbor!

EVERY time we leave the house, she points to his house and asks if she can go see him.

She calls him "my Cade". Its pretty darn funny.

For the past several weeks, while their daddies attend a men's bible study, we let the kids play together at his house or ours. He is so cute, and does whatever she says....and he is 7 months older!

Here's a few pictures of their fun times together!

Trike riding!

Fun in the wagon!
